Draft Financial Plan 2025/26 - 2034/35

Council has prepared a Draft 10-year Financial Plan to guide how we deliver on the Community Vision 2035 and the Council Plan 2025–2029.

The Plan outlines how Council will manage its income and expenses to provide services and maintain our assets over the next decade. It shows that while income from rates and grants will grow modestly, costs are expected to rise faster, creating financial challenges if no changes are made. Council will need to balance service levels, asset renewal, and affordability to ensure long-term sustainability.

We want to hear from our community about what matters most. Your feedback will help us prioritise services and projects, and explore options for ensuring a strong financial future.
