Visitor Servicing in Wedderburn
Community Survey
Loddon Shire Council is taking a fresh look at how visitor information and experiences are delivered in Wedderburn.
As part of this work, we’re running an independent feasibility project to explore what future visitor servicing could look like for the town.
The project is being carried out by Tough Cookie Marketing, an external partner engaged by Council.
Their work so far has included analysing tourism data, reviewing visitation trends, and speaking with key community groups to understand how people currently experience Wedderburn, what’s working, what’s missing, and where new opportunities might lie.
We’re now inviting the wider community to add their voice.
Your ideas will help us test potential models, identify what matters most to locals, and consider options that genuinely reflect Wedderburn’s character and strengths.
The survey only takes a few minutes to complete, and your feedback will directly inform the recommendations developed through this feasibility project.
Hard copies of the survey are available at the Loddon Shire Council Offices in Wedderburn.
The survey will close at 5pm on 31 December.
