How the Expo is built

This Expo is built through connection.

Before the event, businesses will be engaged through conversations, visits and workshops to understand their needs and support their participation.

During the Expo, businesses will lead conversations, share their experiences, and connect with others in a structured and practical way.

This approach ensures the Expo builds connections before, during and after the event.

If you are part of the local economy, you belong here.

Coordination and delivery

The Expo is delivered by Village Business on behalf of Loddon Shire Council.

Village Business delivers practical expos that create opportunities for local trade and collaboration, including Maryborough (2025), Maldon (2024), and the City of Melbourne (2023). Led by Luz Restrepo OAM, the work brings people together, builds trust, and turns connections into real opportunities.
