Volunteer Strategy Consultation

Loddon Shire Council is inviting community members, volunteers, community groups, sporting clubs, businesses, schools and volunteer-involving organisations to help shape the future of volunteering across the Shire.

Council is reviewing and updating its Volunteer Strategy to better understand local needs, motivations and barriers, and to identify practical opportunities to support, strengthen and grow volunteering in our communities.

Your input will help Council develop priorities and actions that reflect local experiences and aspirations. There will be a range of ways to have your say, including surveys, drop-in sessions, workshops, stakeholder discussions and targeted engagement with young people.

Feedback received through the consultation will inform the draft Volunteer Strategy, and Council will share how community input has influenced the final direction.
